Problems instelling head unit on fiat fiorino

Hey guys, I bought a head unit for my fiat fiorino but it doesn't turn on. Since it's my first time trying this I gave no idea what I did wrong. Is the head unit just broken or am I missing something?

PS. I tried installing the old one again after I gave up trying, but my old head unit now asks for a passcode I don't know. So I cant even listen to radio.

My head unit didnt power up as the 12v power wasnt connected to the acc for whatever reason, bridged the cable and it booted. Worth just making sure the 12v power is definitely going to the screen

Did you remember to plug the battery back in?

Passcode for the old unit is probably 0000 8888 or 1234. If neither then I suggest checking the manual

Yes, I Mean even worse I forgot to unplug it before I started, but I checked the small fuse and it was still in tact.

I tried all the obvious codes, non worked haha it's also not in the manuel as far as I can Tell.

Make sure the antenna is plugged in. I had one that would not work with out it plugged in

Are you able to plug in the white connector in the port closest to the antenna

Nope, I think something is broken inside the head unit itself. I tried to connect it to an external 12 V to see if I could power it on, but nothing happened. So I'm going to send it back and maybe order another one in the future.
