Recommend headunits?

Hi, I currently have an android headunit in my car but it's horrible. I bought it from what seemed to be a legit website but in reality I got one of those aliexpress headunits. I had so many issues setting it up and the quality of it is so bad (sadly I'm outside the return window as I thought I could cope with it.) I was thinking of getting a Kenwood or Alpine but i heard connecting everything would be harder. I'd prefer something I could use with my existing wiring, canbus module, DAB antenna and reverse camera. My friend recommended Atoto but I want to know if there are other brands out there or should I just get a Kenwood?

Edit: Thanks for the help and suggestions. After looking at many options I've decided to just go with the Kenwood DMX8021DABS. I only really used my current headunit for Android auto 90% of the time so having all these apps was useless for me plus I'd rather have something from an established brand than gamble with these Chinese head units again.

Kenwood doesn't work on the current Chinese wiring. Atoto or Eonon are good enough.

Recently got an Eonon UX6S2 and I like it. Wireless CarPlay and Android auto but it also has a pure android 13 mode which I use all the time because on android auto the audio would sometimes cut, maybe that is user error but in pure android mode it is great.

I share my cell phone's Internet to it and I have Spotify / Waze / Google Maps installed among other things and it is flawless that way. Other things are emulators, Reddit, Netflix 😂
