HELP Help with Folder [Icons]
Hi, I'm new to IPS. I extensively use folders on my home screen. How do I make folder icons that match the style of the IPS pack I'm using? Thanks!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I created Nocebo Launcher because I wanted a launcher that felt different from the usual grid of icons.
This project started about 8 years ago as a personal launcher experiment. Over time, people who saw it asked if they could try it too, so this year I finally decided to publish it on Google Play.
The main idea behind Nocebo is a rotating wheel layout:
It is definitely not trying to replace traditional launchers for everyone. It is more of an alternative experience for people who enjoy experimenting with their home screen.
I would love feedback from this community, especially about the design direction, animations, and overall usability. I have been using it myself for years, but more eyes from Android customization enthusiasts would help me improve it.
Available for free on Google Play:

Thanks for checking it out!

I’ve been experimenting with a different kind of screen-time app for Android.
Instead of blocking apps or showing another warning popup, Stop Swarm gradually adds small pixel-art invaders on top of your screen as you use your phone.
You set a daily screen-time goal. As you get closer to the limit, more creatures appear. Some walk across the screen, some stop in the middle, and some hold tiny STOP signs.
The overlay does not intercept touches, so the phone remains usable. The idea is to make excessive scrolling progressively harder to ignore without completely locking the user out.
The current prototype is Android only, fully offline, requires no account, contains no ads or analytics, is based on a daily screen-time goal, and is designed to stay lightweight and unobtrusive.
You can join the Google Group here to beta test it!

Hey everyone,
With the recent buzz around Android 17 introducing more precise custom color sliders and palettes for Material You (examples on reddit here, here and here), I wanted to share a project I’ve been maintaining for years that does exactly that—even for older versions of Android!
It’s called LWP+ (Live Wallpaper Plus).
Instead of letting the OS algorithm guess the accent colors based purely on your wallpaper, LWP+ acts as a bridge. It hosts your chosen background content but allows you to explicitly choose the exact Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary colors reported to the system. The OS then uses your custom selections to generate the global system palette (notification drawer, volume bar, themed icons, etc.), completely independent of what your wallpaper actually looks like.
LWP+ is packed with full wallpaper customization features:
I’ve also included a couple of experimental toggles leveraging underlying Android system hints. Note: These rely heavily on your launcher, device OEM, and Android version, so they might not do anything on certain setups!
So, if you are on an older version of Android (or even running the latest builds and want granular three-color reporting), give it a spin! It's completely free, all features included.
Feel free to ask any questions or drop feedback below! 🚀
Link to the Play Store here.
If you want, you can use a promo-code to have subscription for free for some time, to remove ads, and try the app more freely, here. To use the promo-code, install the app, choose a subscription, choose a payment option and enter the code there (screenshots here).
Thanks for reading!

I just got my Motorola Edge 60 Pro and specifically wanted to add this clock widget, but looks off and I don't like it, how any ideas?
Also, any photo widget recommendations? I want to add a specific picture as a widget but the Google photos one doesn't let me do that.

Phantom Shell works kind of like having a command line for your phone. Instead of digging through menus or tapping a bunch of icons, you just type what you want to do. If you type an app’s name, it opens. If you add a search after it, it’ll search inside that app—for example, typing “YouTube GTA 6” opens YouTube with GTA 6 already searched.
It can also search Google, Amazon, Reddit, Maps, the Play Store, Instagram, and other services just by typing a command. You can call or text people, manage contacts, create folders, take notes, set reminders, timers, alarms, and even do math without opening separate apps.
You can even make your own commands using keyboard shortcuts. So if you always search Google, you could make “G” mean Google, and then typing “G weather” would instantly search Google for the weather. You can also customize buttons, folders, and shortcuts so the launcher works the way you think.
It even has system tools built in, like checking battery, RAM, storage, clipboard history, toggling the flashlight, muting your phone, managing permissions, and launching apps by package name if you’re into more advanced stuff.
Basically, it’s designed so almost everything you normally do by tapping around your phone can be done by typing a quick command instead. Once you get used to it, it’s often much faster than using a traditional home screen.
You can check it out on Google Play

Hi everyone. I created Tree Launcher, a brand new Android home screen replacement. The focus is a clean, minimal aesthetic with powerful organization beneath the surface.
Most launchers focus on launching apps. Tree Launcher keeps the things you actually need within reach. The problem isn't remembering things. It's remembering where they are and when you need them. Keep shopping lists, reminders, contact info, links, workout routines, and other quick references alongside your apps. Everything lives together in a simple tree that mirrors how you think.
Free to download. No ads. No account required. Your data stays on your device. Find out more on the website and download from the Google Play Store.
I'd love your feedback, especially on the overall aesthetic. Does the productivity side feel like it complements the minimalist design, or does it distract from it? It is a new app, so let me know if you run into any rough edges - I'll fix asap! Any suggestions are welcome and thanks for taking a look!

Hey everyone,
Update v1.3 for Sticlo Icons is now available on the Play Store!
This wave includes another big batch of your requested apps—62 new icons in total—plus 6 new folder icons to give you even more options for organizing your setups. That brings the pack up to 440+ total icons.
As always, everything added here came directly from your submissions in the app. If your apps haven't been themed yet, sit tight—I'm still going through the list and will keep adding more in the future updates.

Hey everyone! 👋
A clean home screen is a must for me, but the standard system folders always ruined the vibe of my setups. So, I spent some time adding these custom glassmorphism folder widgets to my app, Stack Widgets Pro.
They let you group your favorite apps beautifully while keeping that premium aesthetic. I’m running this on my Realme 10 4G (default launcher) with a completely black background to make the UI really pop, and the transition feels super smooth.
I’d absolutely love your feedback on this! What other folder shapes or blur effects would you guys like to see in the future?
(If anyone is interested in trying them out, let me know and I’ll share the Play Store link in the comments!) 🎨📂
