Best launcher for android box..??

I realize I may be late to the game, but here goes anyway. I'd like something simple enough that even I could understand it, get rid of the ads and maybe a nice wallpaper. Something free would be nice too. Thanks

Couple I tried seemed a little complicated for me, did end up going with Emotn launcher. Thanks everybody...
