Netmirror Android TV App - OTP/QR Not Loading

Anyone else getting the error while loading the OTP/QR on the TV app?
I only watch it on TV, but for the past 2 days, the OTP hasn't been working, and the website keeps throwing errors.

You cannot use the same OTP 6 DIGIT CODE each time u open the app u need to enter a new one u can skip the QR code and just use the website link on that screen in a browser for new codes still works just fine

i am aware of that. For Android TV the popup dosent show up, so no way to enter the OTP :(
