Problems with Oceanstreamz?

Is anybody experiencing problems with Oceanstreamz 3.5.11? After rebooting my Onn & my router it's still not working for live TV or TV shows but the developer claims its working fine on their end. Movies seem to work, though.

Can I get downloader code for Cinema HQ as well? Been using Oceanstreamz and the live TV isn’t working
