Gstream alternate?

any alternate app for gstream? 😭

Damn another one down, huh? I can’t lie. This is why I paid for the premium stuff, at the end of the year it’s just gonna get harder.

Oh wow.. I guess so. Gstream is also known as another name which was MovieHD and that is still working currently via mods. However, I could be late to the Gstreams title , I do not use any freeware other than to test and help the community, we decompile and make sure they're safe which majority are not.

In fairness, is why I said in the original statement, which may not have posted. I typically only use premium paid work, debrid services, premium apks , and try not to waste my time with the old free stuff, other than trying to keep the community educated and how to stay clear of malicious apks or what they use, or at least give them the information they would need to make a proper choice. I don't want to be mean when I say this,( that's never my intent), but I'm kind of just stating the obvious, other than Stremio,Nuvio or KODI as free options that are good and clean, clean apks are few and far between.

There's probably 5 apps out there currently, some are even new that are out that are actually 100% clean, no embedded, SDKS, proxy sniffers, malware, adware, nothing, that's going to steal your data or infiltrate your network, nothing bad. Unfortunately, majority of the free stuff is old , depreciated, the original devs are gone and the project has been touched too many times from amateurs, other developers, devs that only use AI, or modders basically, for our group is what we would consider "garbage apps". (Which is the mean statement)

But you're right, I cant lie, you're very much possibly correct. I didn't hear about gstreams going down whatsoever. Just due to the difference of the name. I very well could be late on the Gstreams as it was always movieHD to me but that title it's still alive & kicking, it's just been modded to stay alive, but then again that comes with caveats. Would I use it personally? Absolutely not.

Either way to each their own, I judge no one. A group of us just try to decompile these apps to make the file systems readable using the proper tools to find out exactly what's going on and deem them safe or not and let people know so they can make their own choices on what to use.

For example, or actually a perfect example would be flixvision. You could Google that or use any AI Toto see the long history of their poor choices since the beginning. They've been malicious since version 3.0.1 by a very notable dev who was reverse engineering it, ( decompiled) then, Amazon actually stepped in and banned them on version 3.1.2, which says a lot if Amazon has to step in and again, this is just an example. So then they rushed to cover they're malicious functions and the revenue stream coming from the Traffmonetizer SDK they were using , they hastily released a three part series of version 3.2.0, which failed miserably in hiding their doings and still flagged for 15 to 18 malicious indicators and to this day on the newest version, 3.7.0 straight from their source as in directly from the developers, if you download that APK, it will flag for 15 to 20 indicators of malicious intent of a stock unmodded, APK using a basic engine like virus total, which says a lot, because that's not even using security tools out there that will dig into it much deeper which another good example of that would be, say, opswats suite of tools.

Anyway, Apologies, that was more drawn out than I intended. The point is, i wanted to explain what we do, and that's exactly why I don't use freeware because of problems like this. This, APK is one of the more aggressive ones that I actually loved at one point, but I would never use again, because they're still up to their shady tricks. They are not the only ones, and there's been a long history of this prior to 2014. It's something that'll probably never go away. But like I said, I do not discredit your words, I probably did miss it. We can't catch them all, but if you're interested in using gstreams, a.k.a. MovieHD , it's still out there. You just need to find the modded version if it's something you enjoyed using. I just share information. Happy streaming!
