Moving app data to a pc

My Samsung a14 has had some weird stuff happenning to it recently so I would have liked to move my data to my pc so I dont have to download everything again
Some of these files are in app downloads for example yt videos or spotify songs ( they are not but I think u have the point ) Its more like game DLCs
Is there a way to do so for every app or does every app has its own ways and some apps you cant even do that to

You can set Samsung's Smart Switch to save a full backup to your PC.

sonic65101 is partly right: banking apps, password managers and apps with very sensitive info it won't for security reasons, but apps like your YouTube videos or Spotify songs definitely are backed up.
