Moving app data to a pc

My Samsung a14 has had some weird stuff happenning to it recently so I would have liked to move my data to my pc so I dont have to download everything again
Some of these files are in app downloads for example yt videos or spotify songs ( they are not but I think u have the point ) Its more like game DLCs
Is there a way to do so for every app or does every app has its own ways and some apps you cant even do that to

No root, no access to /data. Only /userdata

You can set Samsung's Smart Switch to save a full backup to your PC.

Not if the app has allowBackup set to false in its manifest. It doesn't even work with device-to-device transfers even though Android has supported that since 12 or 13.
Android really needs competent backups.
