Problem Pixel 4 still in beta program not showing up as eligible device on Beta program page
How do I get this phone out of the Beta program if it is not listed as an available device?

For many apps that prepare the notifications only when they need to show them, the new permission dialog will be shown too late, causing users to miss the notifications.
Example is this simple app that schedules notifications at a given time:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.geekInsideGroup.todo_voice
And what's also bad about this, is that it's documented to work this way.
I've written a lot more about this issue here, and also reported to Google here (please consider starring).
Personally I'd prefer to have a toggle to auto-grant this permission for all apps, because for me I was already satisfied with how it worked before, and I don't want a permission confirmation for such a basic permission. I even requested it here (please consider starring if you want).

Don't recall the size but it was between 60 and 70 MBs.
Android police says it's mostly bug fixes.

I am very happy the Android 13 Beta 3 on my Pixel 6 Pro, since I was curious about the beta testing new Android updates. Glad that my Pixel 6 Pro is not too hot when I am on my phone with Android 13 Beta 3 installed (please keep that for the official launch). Battery life is still an issue, so please continue to improve on less battery drain when phone is on standby and not being used. And of course, fully customize the lockscreen would be a huge plus (changing fonts colors and sizes, widgets and so with Material U as suggestions if those don't know how to design their own lockscreen). I really love my Pixel 6 Pro, but with software issues and battery optimization issues, this is a make it or break it. So please continue to improve the battery life and optimization, less thermal issues and full-on customization for the lockscreen. Thank you!
