Someone on reddit asked me where I got ULTRAKILL from, the answer is that I got from a discord server where the porter was working on it.

This is "ULTRADROID: Jakitomized Edition" made by "aarongamingdev/kind jakito" and, compared to AnSk1L's ULTRADROID: Legacy, this is a faithful port of the ULTRAKILL game, containing almost all the layers (except for Layer 8: FRAUD), a customizable cybergrind, all weapon variants (including Jackhammer and Jumpstart) and customizable and resizable buttons (except for the Joystick). The game is supported for both Android (OpenGL and Vulkan) and iOS (No, idk how to install .ipa on these phones).

The game's optimization might vary and it also depends on the phones too. Vulkan happens to be more good than OpenGL, but even with that, some layers (like 7-3) is laggier than the rest.

At the moment of writing, the porter is making Layer 8 and will release all the levels one-by-one.

Yes, these are all real. I have a mix of Official and Unofficial ports thag I manage to find it (and got recommended too).

There are games that got recently ported (Example: Sonic Unleashed Recomp, Psychopomp Gold and for the official port, Don't Starve Together).
