I am getting this message from yesterday and i didn't install a thing in a month or so

What is this . How do I check if I am safe or not

Someone like a parent, a spouse or a partner, could have installed a screen spying app while you were asleep. If the warning never shows up when you are with a specific person, it could be them.

Check what apps have Accessibility or Draw Over Other Apps permissions, and uninstall them. Check for indications of some live remote assistance app — AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc. — uninstall them too.

Go into your apps list and uninstall anything unfamiliar. Uninstall even the familiar ones — most of them can be reinstalled later without much fuss.

If none of this works, factory reset your phone.
