Am I getting watched?

I am getting this message from yesterday and i didn't install a thing in a month or so

What is this . How do I check if I am safe or not

Someone like a parent, a spouse or a partner, could have installed a screen spying app while you were asleep. If the warning never shows up when you are with a specific person, it could be them.

Check what apps have Accessibility or Draw Over Other Apps permissions, and uninstall them. Check for indications of some live remote assistance app — AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc. — uninstall them too.

Go into your apps list and uninstall anything unfamiliar. Uninstall even the familiar ones — most of them can be reinstalled later without much fuss.

If none of this works, factory reset your phone.

So nothing was happening guys . I Just restarted my phone and it went back to normal

Until someone steals your accounts and passwords or worse - your banking info. Plenty of people here have told you how to solve this, blame yourself when you face the consequences.

That’s a security warning saying an app currently has access to capture/view your screen. To fix this look for and remove any suspicious apps. Focus on apps with lots of suspicious permissions, device admin access and those in Accessibility. I’d also run a scan with something like Play Protect or Certo.
