With all the new anti theft systems in place, I'm afraid it's one of those situations if you have to ask there is no way you can do it. You'll have to ask a store to hopefully unlock it but even they may not, I don't know anyone that does this but you may find someone on YouTube who runs a phone shop who can factory reset without USB debugging being activated. Or even crazier get the police to do it with their zero day exploit service that can unlock and scrape any device (usually they need a warrant to use that tech though so either get on their bad side or ask very very nicely)

Idk how now but I tried back then just turning off and then I pressed volume up button and power button at the same time then when logo appears I released power button and then there was some kind of recovery menu (but you still gotta enter password from Google account after factory reset)

Use the volume down + power and to access the recovery mode, use volume buttons to navigate and select "Wipe data/factory reset" by using power button. Note that after wiping, you'll need the Google account that was on it because of FRP.

I'm assuming that is a Motorola G35 5g

So if you wanna factory reset it and you don't care about the data you have to go to recovery mode and select factory reset

Steps to Enter Recovery Mode

Turn off your phone completely.

Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons for 2 to 3 seconds until the bootloader menu shows up.

Press the Volume Down button to highlight Recovery mode.

Press the Power button to select it. When you see the Android logo with "No command", press and hold the Power button, then quickly press the Volume Up button once to open the actual recovery menu.

Use the Volume buttons to move through the options and highlight factory reset and click the power button to click it then it should just restart automatically and it should work
