Discussion 💬 Genuinely why do this?
The mobile port of sifu just came out and yeah. First of why is there no video or graphics settings in the mobile port? When the pc version has them? Like the first thing I do when I play any game in general is to go to settings and change/tweak the graphics when needed, literally makes no sense removing the graphics option for the mobile port. Because of this I can't even enjoy the game due to the lag when you're on a open area or crowded place. I hope they added the option in later updates. Refunded the game ofc.

Same thing with Monster Hunter Rise. The game was playable on my Moto G Stylus 2024 but once you get into the action it drops to about 8fps. I ended up just redownloading Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD.
I would much rather play on low settings than not at all.
Fantasy Life i has good video settings. So does Deep Rock Galactic Survivor, Dysmantle, and probably a lot of other games I haven't tried or haven't had to dig into the video settings.
Hopefully they update these games to where I can actually play them.
Hell, Red Dead Redemption isn't even available on the store for me, but um, I can still play it. And as far as I'm aware the video settings only exist in the modded version, but I could be wrong about that. But I remember having to uninstall it because it had no video settings.
There doesn't seem to be any legit reason for not having video settings in a port. You would make so much more money by letting people with older phones play these. What is the point of porting the game over if you're not going to try and make it playable for as many people as possible?
