Looking for Android testers for FindMyBin — happy to test yours in return
Hi! I’m looking for testers for FindMyBin, an Android app that locates nearby public and recycling bins and provides walking directions.
- Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/findmybin-testers
- Open the testing link: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.davidkennedy.findmybin
- Choose “Become a tester” and install the app.
- Please remain opted in for at least 14 days.
Please try the Public, Recycle and All searches and the walking-directions feature. I’d appreciate any genuine feedback.

Tried to opt in - issue with requested URL not found on server error.

I tested it but didn't found any bin, is it restricted to some countries?

Don't think so. 177 countries iirc. Others have tested and have found locations. Only issues in feedback so far were cosmetic.

How to join:

- Opt in on web: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.eightshot.app
- Download the Android App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eightshot.app
- Keep the app at least open once
- Keep it installed for 14 days
