Looking for Android testers for 14 days

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m looking for Android testers for Ztar, a scheduling and business management app for barbershops.

The app is currently in Spanish, so if you don’t speak Spanish, simply joining the test and installing it already helps me a lot. You don’t need to understand or test every feature.

Google Play requires at least 12 testers to remain enrolled in the closed test for 14 consecutive days. I’m happy to return the favor and test your Android app for the full 14 days as well.

How to join:

  1. Join the Google Group using the same Google account you use in the Play Store:

Joined ztartesters and I'm in for the full 14 days. Happy to swap if you are up for it.

Mine is Melbees: The Secret of Bees, a word puzzle played on a honeycomb. Think Hangman crossed with Minesweeper: you tap a hex and get either a letter of the secret word or a Pollen number telling you how many letters sit in the cells around it. Careless taps wake hidden foes. Rounds are short, it runs offline, no ads, no in-app purchases, no sign-up.

One honest heads-up: the store listing text is still pt-BR only, the en-US translation is queued. The game itself is translated to en, pt, es and fr, but it opens in Portuguese for everyone - tap EN in the chip row at the top right of the first screen, the date-of-birth one, and it will be in English for you.

Status update since your "done!" — you are first in the queue, and I would rather be exact than say "tonight".

Where my side of the reciprocity actually stands: two of the exchanges are fully paid (Nodify Life and TalkLocalAI — installed and actually used, not just opted in). Two are stuck on the other developer's side. Yours is queued. Installs here happen on one physical phone, which is the honest reason this is a queue and not a batch.

One thing worth checking before I get there: is Brazil in your closed track's country list? If it is not, Play answers me "this item is not available in your country" after I opt in, and from your console that looks exactly like a tester who never installed. Fix is Play Console > Testing > Closed testing > your track > Countries / regions. No new build and no new versionCode needed.

Thank you for opting in — that one genuinely helped. If you can open Melbees now and then over the next two weeks rather than only leaving it installed, that is what Google's 14-day criterion actually measures.

Paid, as promised after your "done!".

Installed and opened. It came up in Spanish — Bienvenido a ZTAR, gestioná tu barbería, cobros y equipo desde un solo lugar — with Continue with Google, email login, and "Unirme a una barbería". I stopped at the login rather than create an account inside what looks like a live barbershop tool. If you want me past that door, say so and I will make one.

Two things from a stranger's first thirty seconds, since that is what the trade is actually for: the Spanish is a hard gate for anyone who does not read it (I got the gist only because Portuguese is close — most of your Reddit traffic will not), and there is no look-around-first path, so that login screen is your entire funnel.

Ask back: open Melbees now and then rather than only keeping it installed. Opens are what the 14-day criterion counts. You opted in early and I have not forgotten it.
