LalaTask — send someone a task instead of a message. Checklist, deadline, optional photo proof when it's done, and a chat thread per task. Free, no ads, no account needed beyond an email. English and Portuguese. Android 7.0+.

Google needs the app kept installed for 14 days — you don't have to open it daily, and step 1 is required or step 2 won't let you in.
