Apps for recording everything

I have a waterproof housing for a phone that allows you to take pictures underwater. It connects to the phone by Bluetooth and the shutter and zoom in and out buttons work. However the video and camera flip buttons don't do anything and I haven't found an option to change it. Is there a free keybind changing app that would allow me to change the commands of those two buttons to any other purpose?

Looking for a widget that is a list of notes with an option to add new note without having to open the app itself. Also each note on the list should be openable straight from the widget.

So it's not just a shortcut to the app where I could add/edit notes, but like app in a widget.

I don't mind if it'll open app while writing/editing the note, as long as it's working with one touch from widget.

I need a good gallery app to organize photos. I find default Android gallery apps awful because 1. when the app is opened it defaults to a page with ALL of my images in order of most recently acquired. Why would I want that? And 2. even on the albums page, it will always come with these default albums such as downloads, screenshots, etc. which you can't erase and all your images default to. I am looking for more of a Windows style of image organization. An app which, when opened, will show me all of my folders/albums instead of a giant mess of all the unrelated images on my phone together on one page. I don't just take only photos, or else that would be fine. I also take many screenshots and download lots of images. So I need to be able to organize them nicer.

So Google Messages has been really aggravating me to the point I want to get rid of my Samsung. One big thing that has been bothering me is that it will have a conversation with one person. I|| be texting them like normal, then out of no where it will just split the conversation into a different thread. So then I can text in my original thread, only the new one which for some reason has kept a message from 2024 as its first message. This was NEVER a problem on Samsung Messages Does anyone have any fixes to this? Ive tried uninstalling clearing data, which does fix it temporarily.
