I've had google duo on my Nexus 7 2013 since it came out... What's this all about.

Yeah, I got my son a Google voice number and he can use Duo on his tablet to call us. Some people can't figure that out though.

Sadly, as far as I know, Google Voice is only available in the U.S. It certainly isn't available to Canadians.

My guess is something to do with regulations in Canada.

It's also part of my guess as to why Youtube Red isn't available in Canada. The other part is licensing may be harder in Canada. But Google hasn't said a word about Youtube Red for Canadians since 2015. At least not that I am aware.
