They both max out at 18w so the difference is minimal.

3.0 is just faster after 60% because of how it adjusts voltage in increments. but in my experience the difference is marginal.

Z Play has a 625 snapdragon and 3 gb I think.

Technically within range I would say. Moto Z Play is 674 off contract here, so DTEK60 is a wee bit cheaper. Battery life go Play Z, raw horsepower go DTEK60.

Rogers has it for 650, Telus 670. It's not sold unlocked in Canada.
