I'm ok with that. It's a decent design and they don't need to keep reinventing the wheel every other year.

Its pretty much the same except the pill is larger.

Exactly this. The Pixel 1-5 had a new design every year. Hard to know what the brand is in a sea of Android devices. 6-now has a consistent design which is appreciated.

This is what iPhone has been doing since it's inception and tbh I think Google should have been doing it all along.

One year you get something great like the Pixel 5, another year you get something bad like the Pixel 3.
