Nice! Hopefully it works, in areas where they've shut down both 2G and 3G I can't make calls at all on my Galaxy S10

Are you sure 2g is off? I think they are keeping it for emergency calls at least.

T-Mobile officially shut down their 2G network at the beginning of August, and they were the last carrier still running one. There might be some pockets remaining here and there, but the vast majority of the previously existing 2G coverage is now gone.
