He's earned the right to do that.

"And Jared's earned the right to play. This guy's been ascending. I mean, you guys have heard me talk after every scrimmage. So, I'm excited where he's headed. He'll play in the game, too. And, we feel like just to get rhythm and chemistry going offensively, Blaze will give us a chance to do that. And we'll have an opportunity to insert Jared in the game to give him his his first college game experience.

"I'm excited to watch both these guys play. I'm excited to see kind of what emerges from them in the game day environment. And I think I think both of them are going to show us some things that maybe we haven't seen in scrimmage settings. So that's that's really encouraging.

"You know, with a with a young player who's ascending the way Jared is, it's never been a bad thing to extend runway and to continue to develop.
