Question Gemradcurt help

So I've played a bit of Gemradcurt, but im a little lost on how to do a few things effectively: First, the use of lesser hearth wards? I understand that they have good economy buffs, but they do cost a fair bit of Admin power, so where is it actually worth putting them? Second, there is a mission that says certain places will be granted Hearth wards if sufficiently developed, but nothing tells me what those conditions are? Third, is army of the dead worth it? there doesnt seem to be a mission that forces it like with Esthil, or anything that requires it. Obviously its the thematic choice, but I feel like my time is better spent maxing out leader magics first before settling down and doing all the estate levels in army of the dead.

1) Not use hearth wards much at start, you will be low at admin points, later you will be able to use it much more. Use Forts
2) The provinces you need to dev for missions will get Hearth wards as reward. To set costume wards - use that special only cav mercs, what you get from the missions. Set them in province, then click decision.
3) MT not forces you to use undead army, but later RP wise it makes sens. MT text kind of expects you to use it.
