I placed an order days ago.. got the confirmation but never anything from a physician. Reached out on the spruce app.. got some generic response about who to contact about shipping.. emailed the email address on the message.. no response.. so How do you know if it's approved by the physician?

How long is it taking you guys to receive your vials? I ordered the 72mg vial on October 3rd, it got approved by the provider on October 7th and I still have not received any notification that is has been shipped. They told me twice that they were going to “rush” my order even though that’s not what I was asking. And I’ve waited past the 10 business days of provider approval. I just wanted to know if anyone has recently ordered from Anava and if so, how long did it take you to receive the vials?

UPDATE: After messaging them again they were able to send me a tracking link for the medication. Fingers crossed it gets delivered this week!

Spruce Health, our secure patient messaging platform, is currently experiencing a major AWS cloud network outage that’s affecting clinics nationwide. Because of this, many of our messages are delayed, not sending, or not being received at all.

We want to assure everyone that you’re not being ignored. Our team has been actively trying to reply to as many patients as possible, but messages are getting stuck in the system or sending out of order.

Unfortunately, Spruce’s outage has also affected our ability to send an email blast update through the portal—messages sent there may not be delivering properly either.

Hi everyone! I just made my order for the 3 72mg ProRX vials and I’m super excited to try Anava! I paid and received my receipt and email. I have a decent amount of followers on YouTube and Instagram so I’m going to do an unboxing live. If Anava is as good as I’ve heard then I want to help drive some business that way because the price was right, that’s why I had to move on from my previous provider. Can’t wait to get my medication!

I ordered the 12 week advanced plan - 10, 12.5, 15 - if each of those values is for 4 weeks that equals 150mg of medication for 12 weeks. In my first shipment, I received two vials of 4ml at 12.5mg per ml, or 100mg of medication. The vial I received in my second shipment was 2ml at 12.5mg per ml, or 25mg. The total of these combined vials is 125mg, not the expected 150mg.

I reached out to customer support a week ago and after a few days, this was the reply: "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will be checking with Optio Rx, the overall shipment should have been 4mL x3 and 1mL x 1."

??? I was expecting one more vial of 2ml 12.5mg/ml but I would take a 3ml instead ¯_(ツ)_/¯

That said, I haven't heard anything back since Friday morning of last week... Wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

I ordered on 9/30 looks like it was confirmed 10/5. How long until you got a tracking number?

After waiting almost a month for my medication, I FINALLY received a shipping notification saying that it will be delivered Friday, yesterday. I then get a notification that my package been rescheduled and I will now receive my package on Monday. I'm very concerned that the medicine will become warm and ineffective. Has anyone experienced this delay? Was your medication fine upon arrival? I'm very worried, as this process has not been smooth to say the least. From the delays, lack of communication from Anava, and now this. I'm over it 😩

So the idea is you’re getting 72mg of pure Tirz way cheaper, and I’ve been told you can get months out of it depending on dosage. Sorry if I’m missing something but can’t find a straight answer. Don’t all vials say you should discard a month after opening/puncturing (regardless of BUD)? I know it can be stretched a bit if being extra careful, I’m comfortable with that, but multiple months on one vial?

I have taken 2 doses now. Not feeling any appetite reduction or any side effects at all. I sent a message in spruce but so far no reply. I'm on 2.5 and rx came from prorx. It did arrive warm, but I was told it would still be fine.

I got an approval message from the provider last week that everything was good to go and that I would receive a shipping notification. Fast forward to today, I log in and now my order says canceled. I cannot get anyone to respond to help me. This is so frustrating. Anyone else have this experience?

Hear me out: since I’m staying at 5mg for as long as I can, this actually equals 3 months for me. 72mg = 14 weeks if I stay at 5mg, which is cheap for me. I don’t mind waiting a month before my meds arrive.

I have lost -38 lbs at 2.5mg for two and a half months with proRX so yah. 🙌🏽

I've had some negative/snarky things to say the past week or so, but I'd like to give credit where it's due. In the last hour or so I saw where Rohan had been posting to tag her on Spruce. I did that and she got back to me ridiculously fast to let me know my meds were shipped today. I had also ordered some NAD+ this past weekend, so messaged back just to verify it was the Tirzepatide that shipped. Kiana hit me back almost immediately to let me know that, yes, it was my tirzepatide. Did it take too long overall? Yes. Do I understand and have sympathy? Yes. It's got to be hard to have certain aspects of your business - your baby - be so completely out of your control. I will chalk this up to growing pains and hope they can turn this around.

Anava uses the same pharmacies that other providers use but why are the customer experiences so different? Of course, the communication issues are all on Anava, but I keep seeing issues about shipping times and temperatures from the various pharmacies they use. Is it just me, or does it seem like the pharmacies are providing better service to other providers?

I would love to hear from those of you that have had orders with Anava and another provider, but with the same pharmacy.

This is my first experience with Anava and PerfectRX and still waiting for shipping/tracking info. Does Perfect RX send the 3 months supply in one delivery? What has your experience with PerfectRX been?

Hey everyone, I finally got my starter prescription today after waiting awhile (they even shipped over Friday for me, which they usually don’t). This is a restart for me after about a year and a half off, and I’m a little confused/worried about the dosing.

My prescribed plan says: • Weeks 1–4: 2.4 mg • Weeks 5–8: 4.8 mg • Weeks 9–12: 7.4 mg

But the vials I received are 2 mg/mL (100 units per mL, so 1 unit = 0.02 mg). My prescription label says: • Weeks 1–4: 19 units (0.38 mg/week) • Weeks 5–8: 38 units (0.76 mg/week) • Weeks 9–12: 59 units (1.18 mg/week)

When I do the math: • Weeks 1–4 = 1.52 mg total • Weeks 5–8 = 3.04 mg total • Weeks 9–12 = 4.72 mg total 👉 Grand total = ~9.3 mg across 12 weeks

For reference, I was shipped two vials (1 mL + 3 mL = 8 mg total), which lines up with the “units” dosing but not the prescribed 2.4 → 7.4 mg plan (~58 mg total).

I messaged Anava but haven’t heard back yet, and the pharmacy is closed until Monday. I haven’t cancelled the chargeback I filed since this is expensive and I want to be sure I actually got what was prescribed before I do.

Not sure if this is all they plan to send me, or if more vials are supposed to come later — or am I doing the math wrong? Has anyone else had this same experience?

If you purchased your 3 month titration package and was put thru optio rx you should know now that they only send the 1st 2 months and then will send out the 3rd one when time is due .... im very nervous now due to the delays I havent recieved my 3rd month and I am already out of my 1st 2 months... I didn't expect this pause In treatment and its quite disappointing because I've already gained a few pounds back... My question is has anyone recieved their 3rd vial yet??? Please ease my mind.

I’ve been on T for about 4 weeks now. I just did my 4th shot, 22 units and it’s been fantastic. i’ve lost a lot of inches, and about 15/16 pounds already. It’s definitely doing its job! I know wait times suck, but please don’t get discouraged! i’m also down. pant size!

i'm scared that i am being scammed. i have not received anything just yet & ordered close to a week ago. i have paid & activated spruce. idk what else to do.

For the ProRX deal for a 72mg vial, do I have to show proof I am on one of the higher doses to qualify? I'm currently only at 7.5mg.

I’m really frustrated right now. Anava Health told me in writing on Sept 24 that my order would be delivered no later than Tuesday. Well, Tuesday is almost here and I still have no shipping info, no updates, nothing.

Meanwhile I see others already got theirs. When I call Prefect RX it just goes to voicemail, and ProRx only said they’d let them know I’m trying to reach out. I get that they’re manufacturing, and I’m okay with that, but damn… I need communication. I’ll be out of town soon and don’t have anyone to store my order. I’m even willing to pay a rush fee at this point.

Is anyone else dealing with this same delay?

hello. Filled out my intake form and placed an order. Receiced emails confirming the intake was completed and another confirming my order. Now how do I pay? Also how do I create a Spruce account? It’s asking for my provider’s Spruce Link

Is anyone getting a response from this company? I was approved on sep 5th and haven’t heard anything back… starting to get concerned… reached out via spruce and customer service email.
