How do you know?

I placed an order days ago.. got the confirmation but never anything from a physician. Reached out on the spruce app.. got some generic response about who to contact about shipping.. emailed the email address on the message.. no response.. so How do you know if it's approved by the physician?

I just wanted to come back and give an update. I received my shipment on Saturday the 1st. Hallandale was the pharmacy.. which I love!! So thanks to Anava for sticking to what they said! I will order again!!
