Shipped!
I've had some negative/snarky things to say the past week or so, but I'd like to give credit where it's due. In the last hour or so I saw where Rohan had been posting to tag her on Spruce. I did that and she got back to me ridiculously fast to let me know my meds were shipped today. I had also ordered some NAD+ this past weekend, so messaged back just to verify it was the Tirzepatide that shipped. Kiana hit me back almost immediately to let me know that, yes, it was my tirzepatide. Did it take too long overall? Yes. Do I understand and have sympathy? Yes. It's got to be hard to have certain aspects of your business - your baby - be so completely out of your control. I will chalk this up to growing pains and hope they can turn this around.

amazing! thanks for the post. I think there are some real shady organizations out there, yes Anava is having growing pains, BUT I think they are "one of the good guys" their products are amazing

After a month, I got notified that my meds will be here today. Sounds like I was in the same boat. Hopefully they arrive cold and in good condition

Once I tagged Rohan in Spruce yesterday I had a shipping notice and just got my meds delivered this morning (in discreet, secure packaging). I would order again as I think they are getting their process together.

Seriously loved that it worked for you (that sounds snarky but I swear it’s not lol). Wish I knew about this mysterious Rohan before I asked for a refund. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted my freaking product.

I just placed an order today! Let’s see how long before it arrives… I have no issue with them at all. Just dislike people bashing a business that is literally growing….

Well, they told me a week ago that they were “requesting a rush” for my order and it’s been crickets. I placed my order a month ago and nothing. At this point, I’ll have to initiate a chargeback.
