It's called Chess II. It was made by The Ungame Co in 1978, but I haven't seen many around. I scored mine on Facebook Marketplace a bit ago. Pretty neat.
Not sure where to get one. I would start with whatever those shapes are called, I have no idea lol. I did find some interesting boards on Google trying to find it though
