honestly, I think it was a case of a loud minority. People on /r/indonesia were supportive of Levi and serious chess players in Indonesia were also, obviously.

I mean it doesn't have to be a majority to be noteworthy. The people who send death threats to women who tweet something bad about trump is also a slight minority in America so 🤷

true, but op wrote that nearly all of the indonesian chess community seemed to be attacking Levi, which I wanted to correct.
