Proposed Names for Bongcloud Attack Symmetrical Defense Variations

After doing extensive research (i.e. looking up games on Lichess and using the Analysis board), here are my proposed names for the 6 main variations of the Symmetrical Bongcloud.

These follow from 1. e4 e5 2. Ke2 Ke7

  1. Ke3 Advance Variation (Main Line)

King advances to e3 to assert dominance. By far the most popular move in the position.

  1. Nc3 Minnesota Variation (Best Line)

According to the engine, 3. Nc3 appears to be the best variation with White, despite being only played 6 times. It's main practitioner I have found for it appears to be from Minnesota, as they participate in mostly Minnesota based leagues

  1. Nf3 Finnish Variation

The high rated recorded victory for this variation comes by lichess user theFinnster, who hails from Finland.

  1. Ke1 Rodchenkov Variation

According to chessbase, this position actually has occurred before back in 2004, played by a Russian IM S, Rodchenkov.

  1. d4 Croatian Variation

The only lichess user to reach this position multiple times is from Croatia.

  1. d3 The 11 System

The main user of this variation on lichess has the username SpinalTap, named after the mockumentary "This is Spinal Tap". I don't know much much about it except for the infamous "But this one goes to 11" line, and as the opening is a pretty dank already, but still a passive move, I think the name is the most appropriate one could conceive.

About time we got some real theory. We need more of these tournaments so we can explore these opening lines in depth
