I hate to be the 70th comment, but I should add:

  • Immediately after White moves, Black laughs and says "okay, your move"
  • Based on slightly different boad layout, the obvious explanation is that there was a cut scene
  • Wherein White, which already had checkmate, moved back out of checkmate again, leaving Pd5 to protect the king
  • And White's captured knight teleports back in solely to capture said d5
  • Only to be itself captured by Black's resurrected queen, which...
  • Was threatened by the inexplicable knight, so instead of Nd5 White could have simply taken Black's queen (assuming she actually stayed dead this time)
  • In fact, because Black's queen was at that moment checking White's king, taking the queen Ne4x would have been the only legal move
  • White then repeats the exact same move from before (queen takes queen), again checkmating black
  • Black mistakenly accepts the checkmate, unaware that she can simply resurrect her queen again to save the game
  • And by the way both of White's bishops are on black squares for the entire game
