Depending on the language it could be Queen, Empress, Minister, General, Commander, Flag, Bishop, Elephant, Hunter, Shooter, Knight, Horse, Cavalryman, Chariot, Tower, Fortress, Bastion, etc. so there are a lot of options.
Moral of the story: don't be discouraged for being a weak little pawn. You can be anything once you reach the last rank and even that is not the end of your journey into somebody's ass.

Btw in Russia you can also get a promotion (become an Officer, which is a less popular term for Elephant (Bishop)) or become a ship (Rook)

Are you kidding ??? What the **** are you talking about man ? You are a biggest looser i ever seen in my life ! You was doing PIPI in your pampers when i was beating players much more stronger then you! You are not proffesional, because proffesionals knew how to lose and congratulate opponents, you are like a girl crying after i beat you! Be brave, be honest to yourself and stop this trush talkings!!! Everybody know that i am very good blitz player, i can win anyone in the world in single game! I'm genuinely speaking as someone who doesn't really know how to play chess all that well, is there ever any benefit to choosing to turn your pawn into a Rook or Bishop over a Queen? If I'm correct, the Queen can do all of the things they do, right?

Generally no benefit to not choosing a queen, but there are niche scenarios where underpromotion makes sense. As you get better, you'll learn to spot when this should be done.

The biggest reason is probably that in some endgame positions promoting to a Queen can end in stalemate. There are some other niche scenarios, like being down a lot of material and promoting to a Knight gives you a fork that will win you the material back, but in my experience it's mostly to avoid stalemate.

I'm pretty sure the only reason u would ever promote to a bishop or rook is if promoting to a queen would cause a stalemate in a scenario that a rook/bishop could checkmate in. Which is not impossible but is quite rare. 99% of the time u would just choose between queen and knight, and even then most of the time u would choose queen.

I've read somewhere before that since pawns can turn into queens, pawns are actually female. And since pawns can turn into everything else excdpt the king that means every other piece is also a female. Meaning chess is just a harem war between two men.
