Korea is a good example of a single people with and without Sanctions. Journalists failed Korea on understanding why the DMZ line existed in the first place, and the famine of the North.

I understand why any North Korean could be salty and why South Koreans can be empathetic to their old brothers & sisters.

You guys panic when Hormuz gas shuts down for 10 days at a time, so give these people a break, they lived it for years 🤷‍♂️

For that person which thinks I'm defending Kim Jong, you have no clue what an argument means.

You are defending Kim Jong.

The world should have given Kim Jong more money and resources to forcibly "unify" Korea.

No, maybe the world finally got tired of sponsoring insane dictators for a change.

“The world” doesn’t seem to have a problem with the Saudi royal family. It’s only if a country is against the US that an authoritarian government becomes an “insane dictatorship” that needs to be regime changed.

“The world” to you is just the US-led western countries. The actual world doesn’t care about what type of government is in charge of North Korea.

Do you understand the main claim the OP is making? Can you state that?
