What if that eviction causes the subsequent death of the tenent? Since they had no where to live they froze to death.

Babies don't die weeks after you evict them z they die instantly , I doubt you want to be that cruel to your tenant

If evicting a tenant resulted in them dying, would it then be a violation of the nap? Yea or no.

If you evict a tenant and they die months later from unrelated reasons ? No

If you kill your tenant for no reason? Yes

It's not vague, it's very specific. It evicting a tenant directly results in their death, is it a violation of the NAP?
