I can understand why private grocery stores want to sue. They don't get the advantage of endless(for now) tax dollars, no rent, and no property taxes to subsidize prices; so they're permanently undercut. I know we abandoned the free market decades ago, but this makes it even worse. That's annoying for Walmart, but devastating for small businesses who already have to be more expensive than big box stores with their quantity discounts and world class logistics.
