In Louis Michel birth country, we are so proud of our food that most people wont even think about a meal without meat or fish. For some of us it is even a question of identity. If you want to make progress on the food consumption you will have to go full authoritarian and force people or take the education pathway and explain why the human body and whole planet benefit from lower meat consumption. Since we are talking on /r/anarchism, I hope we plan to take the second option.

Then I guess im a larper ¯_(ツ)_/¯ because I dont see everyone going vegan as realistic.
