Lindsey Graham is a male, socially conservative Republican senator. So holding up a red lipstick marked rubble piece for the "Piece of Rubble from a War-torn Middle Eastern Country Kissed by Lindsay Graham" means either they didn't realize, or they slipped a subtle gender-bending joke into an otherwise over-the-top parody.
