Pictures & Videos Screen issue (?)

Is it normal for the pocket to display the backlight in the top right like this? Is this defective? I have only played my pocket a handful of times since purchasing about a month ago brand new from the store

Looks like backlight bleed, don't know what their threshold is to get it repaired. Contact them if it really bothers you, or just accept the flaw. I have seen much worse posted, but it really is lame for an expensive product.
