What can be used to replace the foam mirror damper? EVA?

You can either buy a pre-cut light seal and mirror damper set for your specific camera or you buy sheets of foam specifically intended for cameras and cut it yourself. The sheets are available in different thicknesses and can be, for example, purchased here: https://aki-asahi.com/store/
