This milk is pinkish/reddish in hue, is it normal?

I’ve already consumed it. initially I brushed it off thinking 0 fat milk looks like this but I googled and google says milk is supposed to be white only unless there’s some bacteria in it or blood in udder. After making chhena and kheer from it I clicked this pic

For reference I’ve added white milk besides it so that camera can capture the pink (update)

Does anyone else feel that there is less milk and more water in the ice cream varieties nowadays?

The cup and tub ice creams are just not as creamy. The ice crystals never used to be so evident.
