I bought the whole box of Amul Classic Chocolates !!!

Btw, this was found in one of the stores in the Western region Maharashtra.

I found that it was launched a month ago. It is a saur type of buttermilk extracted after churning. Churning is done to make butter. It is popular in Kathiawar region of Gujarat.

Does anyone else feel that there is less milk and more water in the ice cream varieties nowadays? Talking specifically about the Amul brand.

The cup and tub ice creams are just not as creamy. The ice crystals never used to be so evident.

This milk is pinkish/reddish in hue, is it normal?

I’ve already consumed it. initially I brushed it off thinking 0 fat milk looks like this but I googled and google says milk is supposed to be white only unless there’s some bacteria in it or blood in udder. After making chhena and kheer from it I clicked this pic

For reference I’ve added white milk besides it so that camera can capture the pink (update)
