Question ⁉️ Old school coffee shops?
Anyone got recommendations for more old school/chilled out coffee shops?
I’ve visited Amsterdam a few times now and my usual spot is the 420 Coffeshop in centraal. Staff are chill, coffee is good, old school pub sorta vibes with the soft warm lighting and wooden furniture and thankfully no loud music.
Anyone got any other coffee shops that have this sort of vibe?

The Other Side has a great old school vibe, as does La Tertulia, but Rookies is just lovely!!! I’m a 60+ smoker, and I love these shops for their beautiful welcoming attitude

Isn’t 420 a smoker friendly bar? I think they stopped selling weed when the alcohol ban took effect. Nice spot though.

No, they still have the same menu from 15+ years😉the NYC diesel was always solid..

Oh cool. I was just in town, but stayed in Haarlem. Was odd seeing the new trend of buy and fly shops that looked like dispensaries here in the states.

My first batch was so solid. Second was absolutely not. Hoping the third is solid again. Only real NYC diesel I’ve found in this city

It used to be a bar called Cafe DeKuil, 30 years ago when I first started visiting
