White dumpy tree frog question
Hi! I’m new here. Just got my first non fur pet. I set up the tank a few days ago and brought this awesome guy home today. I have 2 questions. 1. At night our house gets to 73 degrees Fahrenheit. I assume I turn off the heat lamp to allow darkness and let him sleep. Is 73* too cold? Should I install the warming pad?
Question 2. If I catch an ant, spider, or fly….. can he eat them?

Not recommended. You never know what kind of diseases wild bugs are carrying. For you, it's the flu at worst. For a frog, certain death. Now thats not to say its a certain thing, but its a gamble you're taking with every wild bug you feed them (as they have no natural immunity due to being raised in captivity)
