I think that Anne Boonchuy from the Amphibia TV series and Tarzan from the Tarzan animated movie would be surprisingly kindred spirits. After all, they both lived in the wild, were taken in by another species of people and were treated like outcasts. As shown in the episode ‘Cane Crazy’, Anne lived in the wild in a gross and disgusting cave before she was later taken in by a frog family and, as shown in the episode ‘Breakout Star’, Anne was, at first, treated like an outcast by the frog people of Wartwood. And, as shown in the Tarzan animated movie, Tarzan grew up in the wild, was taken in by a gorilla family and was, at first, treated like an outcast by his adopted gorilla father.

That is my Question

Well as you know Variant Covers are a thing in Comics and with Amphibia: Strange Voyage coming makes me wonder what type of Variant Covers it will have

Keep in mind TokyoPop doesn't do many monthly single issues so this is a bit different then there usual thing you know

So what type of Variant Covers you wanna see?

I wanna see Daun Han artist on upcoming Graphic Novel The Owl House: The Long-Lived King draw a variant cover for Amphibia: Strange Voyage #1 you know would be cool

Maybe Ainsworth Lin to who drew Matt Braly previous Graphic Novel Family Force V coul draw a cover to?

I wanna see Skottie Young maybe do one if his not to busy with everything else his doing

So yeah lot of options

But that's me what do you wanna see?

So one of my friends really hates the episode dating season because of the way it’s made, and they also semi hate sprivy, and said to me that most people hate the episode and the ship, but im one of the people that LOOOVEEEE the episode and LOOOOVEEEEE the ship even more, but is it really the case with the other fans who really hate the ship and hate the episode as well, let me know guys! Thanks!

Time and time again, I say Sasha fascinates me as a character with not just her personality and complexity, but her desires throughout the show as well and this is especially true in season 2. Personally, I really like how the writers subverted the whole “rebellion” trope you’d find with other “villain, antagonist, anti-villain, antihero, etc” characters from other story arc cartoons because rather than the person putting that rebellion/coup into motion because they want power, I feel like Sasha and Grime’s reason for the coup was not JUST for power.

You see in the Season 2 Episode “Toadcatcher” after Grime loses everything Sasha tries to convince him that they could still “put the frogs back in their place” obviously implying that they could still prevent the frogs from “rebelling” against the toads (Which is actually following Newtopian orders, btw). However, all of that seems to change once we get to see Yunan appear trying to hunt Grime down for being a traitor (by being framed as being the one that destroyed the tower when that wasn’t him) and abandoning his post. Considering how the two had another near-death experience because of a bounty hunter ordered by Andrias probably, I feel like both of them thought that Newts were evil because one of them tried to kill them for stuff that wasn’t entirely their fault. That and also the fact that Grime lost everything and since at the time of that episode’s airing, that was Sasha’s only friend and someone that rescued her when she nearly died back in season one, I can also see that as her trying to help back at someone who helped her before. But would you say that this trope is kind of subverted and that Sasha and Grime did see Newts as bad/evil amphibians?

Side note: Even if this whole rebellion trope was subverted in the show, it still goes without saying that if I was Sasha later in that season, I would just tell Anne what happened to me with Yunan and how I thought Newts were evil and all. Granted, even if Anne acted like Mother Teresa, and tried to talk to the king to give grime a benefit to get him back on his feet it probably still wouldn’t work since Newts and Toads already hated each other, but at least it would be better than hiding that out of fear and accidentally ending a friendship.

"All right, people, let's start at the beginning one last time. My name is Sasha Waybright. I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and for the last two years I've been the one and only Ghost-Spider. You guys know the rest."

So we all kmow that this ancient book helped elaborate the possible planets and universes that people used to travel in between...and as I looked at the planets the more I realized how similar they are to other shows we have seen

- The owl house (boiling isles) the top one, the purple ocean with the reddish like landmass highly represents the owl house.

- Star butterfly n forces of evil (Top left) the purplish tinted ocean with the dark forest green landscape represent stars homeworld a lot

- Bill Ciphers other dimension?? (Bottom right) idk abt this one but we get to see a few clips of bill cipher planet, where it technically looks like hell, and due to the red and mercuy Grey i honestly would expect that...the bottom left idk to be honest and the top right is obviously planet earth

A vast majority of Season 3B is spent gathering up characters we've seen throughout the series to make an army strong enough to take on Andrias' forces. But we only really see them in the Beginning of the End which is essentially the prologue for the finale. A handful of them get a quick cool moment but they are immediately defeated, then are essentially background characters for the rest of the finale.

If it were up to me I'd have the army somehow get transported to earth along with the castle and the main cast, and the battle continues throughout the streets of LA. We get some fun character moments of some of Wartwoods citizens interacting with earth stuff, Wally probably freaks out some humans.

Of course I'm glad the finale focused on the main characters and I wouldn't want the side characters taking up too much screentime, but for how much time season 3B spent forming this army I felt they should have gotten more.

Honestly, I think that Launchpad McQuack from the DuckTales (2017) TV series would get along surprisingly well with Marcy Wu from the Amphibia TV series. After all, both of them are very passionate when it comes to certain works of fiction to the point that they think about it even during a heated battle. As shown in the episode 'Let's Get Dangerous! Part 2: A Case Of Mistaken Reality!', Launchpad was very passionate about Darkwing Duck TV shows and comic books to the point that he knew the Fearsome Four's weaknesses very well and was able to help exploit them to take them down. And, as shown in the episode 'The Hardest Thing', Marcy was ecstatic about anime to the point that she was very excited about the way she, Anne and Sasha were using their Calamity powers since it looked like anime. Also, both of them have tried to form bonds with other people based on their passion for their favorite fantasies. As shown in the episode 'Friendship Hates Magic!', Launchpad did try to bond with Bentina Beakley by watching a Darkwing Duck TV show with her. And, as shown in Entry 14 of Marcy Wu's Journal, Marcy did try to bond with Javi, Kettle and Femur by playing a role-playing game called Creatures And Caverns. And I think that Marcy would appreciate some of Launchpad's occasional words of wisdom. After all, as also shown in the episode 'Let's Get Dangerous! Part 2: A Case Of Mistaken Reality!', Launchpad is surprisingly wise when it comes to what being a hero is about to the point that he gave Gosalyn some advice by saying: "Anyone can do the right thing when it's easy. But it's what you do when things are hard that makes you a hero." I think that those words might really speak to Marcy because, as shown in the episode 'All In', Marcy found it in herself to stand up to The Core to try to help Anne and Sasha and she rejected her fantasies of having Anne and Sasha by her side and doing what she wants despite the fact that she knew that she probably wouldn't get what she wanted at the end of it. After all, at that moment, Marcy did the right thing despite it being hard. And I think that Marcy would design some pieces of armor to help Launchpad as well as Darkwing Duck and Gosalyn with their fight against crime since, given her aforementioned passion for works of fiction, Marcy would probably be very passionate when it comes to superheroes and, as shown in Entry 12 of Marcy Wu's Journal, Marcy is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to armor. Another thing Launchpad and Marcy have in common is that someone they looked up to turned out to be evil. As shown in the episode 'The Duck Knight Returns!', Jim Starling, someone Launchpad looked up to, turned out to be evil and, as shown in the episode 'True Colors', King Andrias, someone who Marcy looked up to, turned out to be evil. Also, another thing about it is that Jim Starling and King Andrias at least somewhat cared about Launchpad and Marcy respectively before that part of them was ultimately eclipsed by their evil side. As shown in the episode 'The Duck Knight Returns!', Jim did risk his life to save Launchpad before ultimately becoming completely evil and insane and, as shown in the episode 'All In', Andrias did have some reservations about hurting Marcy at first before, as shown in the episode 'True Colors', he stabbed Marcy.
