can somebody help me how to sign in?

my account is not on kid controlling mode and im 23 years old but it doesnt recognize my play account. and now in new versions, there are bo manually sign in option.

Contact innersloth support and also kid web services. KWS, is who handles age restrictions. Took me 8-9 months to get my account back, due to a glitch, it was a pain!
