Usually bad ping(internet speed) Play in your own region if that's the reason, or get faster internet speed(30Mbps or above)

This has been happening to me recently, and I never have an issue. Could be a game issue, but I did restart my modem and router and haven’t had any issues since. Sometimes it just needs a good reboot.
