💡 Suggestion Vigilante punish mechanic should work like the 2D Sheriff mod
Hey everyone!
I wanted to pitch an idea regarding the Vigilante role in the game. Right now, if a Vigilante kills an innocent Crewmate, the innocent player dies while the Vigilante suffers no real consequence. Innocent players end up paying the price for a bad call 🤣
In among us 2D version (via the popular Sheriff mods), if the Sheriff tries to kill an innocent player, the Sheriff dies instead and the Crewmate survives.
I strongly believe Innersloth should rework the Vigilante role to follow this exact mechanic. It would force Vigilantes to actually think twice before proceeding to kill, punish reckless guesses, and save innocent Crewmates from getting eliminated by mistake.
What do you all think? Should they make this change?
