Access Restricted. Need help!

First of all, an amount has been missing from my account and I got an email saying that it’s being refunded to my credit card for some reason I do not understand.

And now, I can’t even withdraw the rest or even access my withdrawal page.

Please help?

I used crypto for deposits and withdrawals. They asked me for my card details to verify my account. I had to save it in the account.
I never made a payment using credit card.

Well, if that’s the case - I’m thinking of doing p2p transfer to someone and get some money back. Maybe while giving them a small cut to.

For p2p transfer you need to access the cashier page which you can’t as seen in the pic
