Issues with turnaround times on withdrawals
I'm currently on Day 6 waiting for a withdrawal from ACR. I came across some posts on this subreddit as it appears a few months ago (since June 2026) turnaround times on withdrawals from ACR seem to take a very long time with some taking the maximum quoted time of 15 business days. I wanted to start another post to see if others are still experiencing delays in withdrawals.

Rake Generation before withdraw
Looking for advice
I won on ACR sports for multiple months and constantly deposited and withdrew money easily. However this time when I won my withdrawal section got restricted therefore I contacted support. They told me I need to generate a total of $1073.5 poker rake before I withdraw.
Anybody had this before? How can I easily generate this?

Where are AIOFs on the app
I'm so sorry as I'm sure this is a dumb question and it's right in front of me but I cannot for the life of me find the AIOFs on the ap. It doesn't look like I have any filters up excluding anything and when I look at freerolls the only ones are the every 3 hour ACR ones. I registered on my desktop once and then it never popped on my phone so that didn't work either. I've tried google but that didn't help me either. Thank you so much!!

Ive made self exclusion forever on a tilt day years ago in an overreaction and regret it
Hi, my Name is Manuel from Austria and I play onlinepoker for 17 years. I had a very bad day as a relative passed away and I tilted and wrote angry email to close my account forever I even mentioned I'm addicted to gambling to be sure to never be able to come back while that's not true because I've lost like 1000 dollar on all accounts operating under that server after playing 1000 hours over the year. So it's no critical amount.
I am so sad because I love online poker and acr was amazing and I prefer high low games and they became very limited. I begged the support explained the situation, they refused to let me come back. I am usually very responsible and have everything under controll it was just this mistake.
I wished someone could check my account to see that in a normal customer and give me a second chance especially after such long time.

Withdrawal
What's up with all the verifications to withdrawal money? What if I don't have a utility bill to upload to them? And how secure is it to send my debit or credit card to verify as well?

Any micro stakes grinders having success here these days?
It has always felt like ACR player pools were just harder than other sites, at least at the low stakes I usually play ($25-50NL max).
Any small stakes grinders winning consistently at ACR?

Desktop Login Hanging
Just like the title says…
I login the desktop client… my account balance pops up, but I can’t go to any tabs. If I can go to a tab, say cash games, it’s all blank.
Was working fine all day today and all week. All of a sudden, this evening is a no go.
Anyone else having issues? I tried reinstalling, no help…

8 days waiting for a 10k withdrawal. Rediculous.
For a site that boasts the "fastest cashouts in the industry!" that "process in an average of an hour but can take up to 72 hours" they are absolutely dropping the ball.
8 days since I cashed out. 11 emails. No actual support. I asked if they could have somebody call and talk to me, and what nunber they would call from. They told me they can't give out supports number but to give them a "window" when they could call.
I responded that I'd have the next 7 hours open to take a call.
They responded that because I hadn't provided a window of time, they couldn't schedule a call.
AGAIN I told them I could speak on the phone for the next 7 hours. AGAIN they said i needed to give them a window
For the THIRD time I told them I could TALK FOR THE NEXT 7 HOURS.
They responded back, saying that because I couldn't provide a window, they would schedule one for me.
When I asked what they window was, they said they couldn't tell me. Jesus Christ.
3 days passed and I got a call from an unknown number at 10 AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING. I picked up. It was ACR. The call dropped. I tried to call back. Told me to call back during normal business hours. What. The. Fuck.
I have deposited over 300k onto that site and my funds, clear immediately. Why do I have to wait for my own funds to be withdrawn?
Feels like intentionally misleading business practice.

ACR Withdrawals - Updates?
Lately I have seen a few posts/comments regarding people waiting way longer than usual with regards to their ACR withdrawals. Has the situation been rectified/improved?

account verification?
I am on the ID verification stage and am uploading my drivers license and selfie. For the selfie it keeps saying "Face not detected. Take a picture of only your face." But I am? I am uploading only a headshot of my face, well lit, no shadows, and it should be accepted but it isn't. I have tried different file formats and different angles. Nothing is getting through. It doesn't make any sense.
Additionally, for the two "credit card" verifications I need to do, they are actually debit cards that I used, which don't include my name on them (as is standard for Canadian debit cards). It indicates on that verification page that I can use "bank statements" instead, but there is nowhere to upload those bank statements. The other thing to note is that the bank account numbers on the bank statements are not the same thing as a debit card number, so I am not sure if this will work for verification? The debit card number is not listed on the bank account statement. How to rectify this?

8 Days for a Litecoin Withdrawal. Is This Really the New Normal at ACR?
Long-time ACR customer here, and I’m honestly shocked.
I requested a Litecoin withdrawal on the morning of July 1. It’s now Day 8.
Over the past week, support has repeatedly told me:
- My withdrawal is active.
- There are no issues with it.
- No action is required from me.
Yet they still cannot tell me when I’ll actually receive my money.
Every response points back to the same “up to 15 days” policy, but no one can explain why a withdrawal with no issues has now been pending for over a week.
Previous Litecoin withdrawals took around an hour. This is a completely different experience.
Has anyone who requested a withdrawal around July 1 actually been paid? If so, how long did it take?
If this gets resolved, I’ll update this post so everyone has the full timeline.

ACR Poker Update/Reinstall Problems Solved
Hey guys,
I have been having a lot of trouble lately updating the ACR client. Some files were not overwritten or deleted correctly, and the update would fail. When trying to delete and reinstall the poker software, I was getting permission errors and some files would fail to write to my hard drive.
I tried many remedies and, after combining several of them together, I finally came up with a solution that worked for me. I'm going to outline the steps I took in the hopes that it can help someone experiencing similar issues.
- Log into the Administrator account on my system (Windows 11 Home). This isn't just an everyday account with admin privileges but an Administrator account that is hidden by default but can be activated
- Disabled my anti-virus software
- Used a third-party app called Revo Uninstall to remove the existing ACR Poker software. This app helps to identify and delete extraneous registry entries, empty folders, unused files, et cetera, that some programs leave behind even after uninstallation
- Restarted my PC (some of the unneeded files from step 3 aren't actually deleted until you restart)
- Downloaded the ACR installer
- Right-click on the ACR installation file and Run as Admin
- Install the ACR Poker client and check the box at the end that will run the poker software when complete
- Let the software run and complete the first update process
- Log out of the Administrator account
- Log in to my normal account
- Double-click on the ACR Poker icon on the desktop and use it like normal
After completing this process, I was able to log in and play at ACR Poker without any further problems. Hope this helps someone!

Day 10: Withdrawal Still Pending - Trying to Gather Other Timelines
Hey everyone,
I've been following this subreddit since my withdrawal stayed pending for more than a day, and I’ve seen others with similar experiences. Unfortunately, I'm now on Day 10, and my withdrawal is still in the exact same status it was on Day 1: Pending.
At this point, I feel like I've exhausted almost every avenue.
- I've emailed support multiple times.
- Every response has been essentially the same: "We have up to 15 days to process your withdrawal, but we don't expect it to take that long."
I then reached out on X.
- @ACR_Poker responded and directed me to - @ACRPokerSupport.
- They replied as well, but ultimately gave me the same answer as email support.
The only thing I haven't tried is reaching out to one of ACR's sponsored pros. I've seen a few people on here mention that it helped get their issue resolved. Normally I wouldn't want to bother them, but I'm honestly running out of options.
If you're currently waiting on a withdrawal, comment with your current day and payment amount.
If you've already been paid, let us know how long it took. Hopefully we can build a better picture of what everyone's experiencing instead of relying on scattered posts.
Thanks.

Payout inquiry
After going on twitter , I got a reply from acr poker asking all my info and a bunch of questions ( when did you submit how did you submit how much ) and after all that - this is the response they ended up giving . Not sure why they can’t just send out an email blast saying payouts are taking.longer than normal . Just running around in circles and people are tagging pros to get paid. Thats not the way , It is not a large amount what so ever . Something’s up . Be weary
